Along with the completed Singapore employment pass application form, the business entity, which wishes to hire foreign talent, must also submit the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Work Authorisation form and its latest ACRA business profile. Copies of all educational certificates and travel document (passport in most cases) are also needed. For dependents, copies of marriage and birth certificates are an additional requirement.
