Come 18 December 2017, the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) will be introducing an electronic-Permanent Residence (e-PR) system and a $100 processing fee for PR applications.

Applicants have to make a physical trip to the ICA building to secure an appointment with ICA in order to submit their application documents. | Applicants do not have to make physical trips anymore. They can enter information into an electronic application form on the ICA website with the new e-PR system.
Supporting documents can also be scanned and submitted electronically. |

There is currently no processing fee at the point of application.
Successful applicants pay $100 for an Entry Permit.Total Fees Payable: $100 |

e-Appointment Slots |
All available appointment slots were earlier released for booking.
*Those who have already secured appointment slots are not affected and can continue to submit their hardcopy applications during their appointments with ICA. They will not be affected by the new fee structure. |
e-Appointment slots will no longer be released. ICA will only accept PR applications through the new e-PR system. |
